Episode 49: HOLD ON, STAY STRONG

Suicide is one of the leading causes of death in the U.S. Many people suffer from depression and grief and often times we miss the warning signs. With September being National Suicide Prevention month, the ladies sit down with Jermaine Haynes and have a much needed discussion about suicide, the stigma surrounding mental health, and seeking help. Sometimes the strong friend needs a hug and a shoulder to lean on too, and Jermaine shows us how to release the hurt while remaining strong in the process.
